May 4, 2019 – Prudential Center, Newark NJ
The “Goddess of Pop” as she is often reffered, is back on the road for her “Here We Go Again World Tour,” in support of her new “Dancing Queen” ABBA cover album. To open her show, in all her Goddess glory, Cher descended from the ceiling onto the stage as if she was a majestic statue outfitted in a rams- horn headpiece and fire-orange hair, as she sang “Women’s World”, followed by “Strong Enough”.

It was a very elaborate and theatrical 90 minute performance consisting of 8 iconic costume changes, 10 backup dancers and a seven-piece band on a two-tier stage. At 73 years old, I would say this is quite a feat. Cher is a force of nature and is undeniably one of the top all around performers in our lifetime.

Closing out the set, Cher walked out in her most memorable black sheer bodysuit and leather jacket along with her jet black permed hair, belting out “I Found Someone” and “If I Could Turn Back Time”.
It was an EPIC performance by the one and only CHER!
She had one final thing to say as she closed out her show, leaving the audience with a final thought… “What’s your granny doing tonight?”
Vive Cher!
